Patricia has senior experience both as a manager and as a business consultant. Prior to her career as a consultant, she held managerial responsibilities within the cosmetic and the service industry.

Her areas of expertise include coaching and mentoring, leadership development, team dynamics and -development, design and facilitation of executive seminars and workshops as well as executive assessment.

Accredited in 13 psychometric tools, Patricia practices an interactive, informal but challenging mentoring, coaching, and facilitation style. Her added value lies in sharing her know-how and know-why in psychological as well as social mechanisms and patterns, translating them into practical leadership and managerial insights to be applied and implemented in growth and change processes.

Patricia brings significant experience in the publishing-, food-, beauty-, fashion- and automobile industry, telecom and high–tech services, the public and financial sector and the pharmaceutical industry.
